一、网络的利：
1、信息时代获取知识和最新信息的必要。目前的信息正在以前所未有的速度膨胀和爆炸。只有具备从外界迅速、及时获取有效科学信息的能力，拥有传播科学信息的能力，才能够很好的适应这个高科技社会的发展；
2、自我增值提升自身水平的需要。从网络当中可以很快的查找到学习资料，了解更多课堂外世界上最新的科学成果，和相关学术研究话题最新的动向。而目前逐渐普及的网上课堂也可以让你在网上接受名校名师的在线教学。而且互联网上的交互式学习、丰富的三维图形展示、语言解说等多媒体内容，学习的难度也会相对降低；
3、网络给信息带来了强大而有力的传播途径。网大大缩短了信息发布和接收的时间，避免了许多不必要的资源浪费。尤其是目前社交媒体普及之后，新闻获取的时长大大缩短，能够从多个角度及时的获得该事件的最新动向。自媒体平台的出现，也给予了大家更多机会可以发出自己的声音，表达自己的见解；
二、网络的弊
1、网络最大的弊端就是成瘾，网络世界中衍生出很多虚拟的世界作品，比如网络游戏、网络社区，很多人会因为网络匿名和相对平等的地位而在网络社区中流连忘返，影响到实际工作和生活；
2、对于还在学习阶段的学生来说，沉迷上网会导致学习成绩的下降，甚至不惜旷课、逃学；
3、由于网络的匿名性，对于信誉的验证难度加大，而水军、刷榜等行为也会影响到大家对网络真实性的判断。
